Welcome to Balanced Bodywork! My name is Jessica Early, Certified Massage and Lymphedema therapist extraordinaire!

It is my mission to provide a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I first began my career as a Massage Therapist over 7 years ago, working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists. I further pursued my education to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist to help meet the needs of several patients that suffered from swelling and lymphatic dysfunction. I took several continuing education courses for massage, but quickly learned that the service I was providing still needed something more - a closer look at movement and postural imbalances and an opportunity to give patients independent solutions (like postural education, exercise, and stretching) so they could stay feeling well long after their massage. It was then I decided to go to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, and it has been a game changer to the way I now approach massage. I now have the privilege of working alongside a brilliant and compassionate physical therapy team that helps to change the lives of the community here in the North State.

And I am so excited to offer a real integrated approach to massage right here in the Rose Center for Physical Therapy.
